Has anyone actually recieved anything from those "email" sites? You know the ones where the first thing they ask for is your email then they have tons of stupid offers like insurance,healthcare information etc.It takes forever to wade through the offers and when you finally get to the end you have to buy something. They promise restaurant gift cards,samples groceries, etc. I'm curious if anyone has actually recieved the items promised.

I am interested to find out how people save almost their entire grocery bill. Do they do this week after week and do they have coupons for fresh meat and produce, if so where do they get them. I am a big coupon clipper and I get them from the internet and from the Sunday newspaper but I am lucky to save $10.00 on a $40.00 bill and that's with a few free items. I just don't get it. I would love to know your secrets.
